This car is mass produced, meaning the cars are likely to have imbalance (left to right) of caster angle, due to the buildup of tolerances in the body and suspension. In order to get the most out of your car, these imbalances need to be rectified. With regards to suspension geometry, both TOE and CAMBER are infinitey adjustable on the standard vehicle, but CASTER angle is not adjustable!
The elitetech automotive kit enables owners to address this issue, without changing from the original suspension bushes to poly bushes or balljoints, which is all that is on offer elsewhere.

NISSAN R35 GT-R CASTER SHIM KITThe Nissan GT-R is fitted with 4 caster shims as standard.
The position of the upper suspension link dictates the front suspension caster angle, so by changing the thickness of these shims moves the upper link forwards or backwards, therefore changing the caster angle.
The Elitetech kit allows the upper link to be moved in 1mm increments, changing the caster angle by 0.1 degrees. The kit allows the caster angle to be increased or reduced by a maximum of 0.32 degrees.
